The launch meeting of INNOVEXPO was held successfully on September 11th, 2018 at the premises of the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment, with the participation of representatives of both project partners. At the meeting, the participants of the consortium were presented, with particular emphasis on their experience, their role in the project and the resources they will spend on its implementation.
In addition, the subject and objectives of INNOVEXPO, the project development from the submission of the proposal to the integration decision, the Work Packages and deliverables, as well as the implementation plan, were presented. Issues related to project management, organizational structure, coordination and communication, decision-making, as well as financial issues related to costs and supporting documents, were also discussed.
The meeting ended with an interesting general discussion and the definition of the next steps.
